As my business grows and stress load increases, I’m starting to become increasingly aware of how important it is to make time for these things.
The last week I have actively planned and set aside time for a focused practice and I’m already noticing changes in my body and in my ability to focus, and day to day productivity.
There are numerous studies to support this, however yoga is such a unique process - you really have to try it yourself to understand how and why it will benefit your body/ mind and individual needs.
And from those foundations you build a practice to suit.
I am blessed that I am a qualified yoga teacher, so I have a toolkit of skills imbedded in my mind. And I understand how daunting big classes can be.
This is why I teach one on one and small groups in homes or workplaces, to ensure that you learn skills that are actually of value to you.
I offer classes and private sessions for individuals, small groups and corporate workplaces and create something of value what ever your needs and ability.
